Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-10-11
1. Our commitment
Ttoittoi comes from a Korean expression meaning "the same." Our goal is apps and a website that work the same for everyone, whether you have low vision, use large text, or rely on a screen reader or Switch Control. We treat accessibility as a feature we build from the start, not something added at the end.
2. Standards we follow
- Apps: WCAG 2.2 AA and Korea's Mobile Application Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
- Website: WCAG 2.2 AA and the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) 2.2
3. What we check in our apps
- Every button and piece of content can be read with VoiceOver, in an order that matches the screen
- Nothing is cut off or overlaps at the largest accessibility text sizes
- Text has enough contrast, and color is never the only way to show a state
- Motion is reduced when Reduce Motion is on
- Sounds always come with an alternative such as text or haptics
4. What we check on this website
- Every link works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline
- A "Skip to content" link lets you bypass the menu
- Body text has a contrast ratio of at least 7:1 in both light and dark themes
- Each page has the correct language, title and heading structure
- Automated accessibility checks run before every release
5. Current status
Our apps have not been released yet. When they are, we will add what we tested and any known limitations to this page. We have not yet received a third-party accessibility certification.
6. Tell us about barriers
If something is hard to use, please email hello@ttoittoi.com. We reply within 2 business days. It helps to include your device, any assistive technology you use (VoiceOver, Zoom, Switch Control, etc.) and what happened on which screen.
