Soridam Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Ttoittoi ("we") protects the personal information of Soridam users in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. Soridam records, transcribes and summarizes entirely on your device, and we do not collect your recordings or meeting content.
2. What we process and why
We do not collect any personal information through the app. The following data created by the app is stored only on your device, and we cannot access it:
- Recordings
- Transcripts and summaries
- Speaker separation results
- Meeting titles, dates and notes
We only process the following when you contact us by email:

3. Device permissions
- Microphone (required): used to record meetings and show live captions. Without it, recording is not possible.
You can change permissions at any time in Settings > Soridam.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details; purchase status is checked on your device using information provided by Apple.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is deleted inside the app when you delete it or remove the app. Existing device backups, files you exported and copies you shared are not deleted with it. To prevent loss, recordings are included in device backups (iCloud or computer) by default; you can exclude them in the app's settings. With standard data protection, iCloud Backup is not end-to-end encrypted; with Advanced Data Protection it is.
Support emails are permanently deleted once the retention period ends.
7. Security
- Recordings use iOS file protection, which keeps them encrypted while your device is locked.
- While your device is unlocked, App Lock (Face ID, Touch ID or passcode) protects access to the app.
8. Cookies and tracking
Soridam does not use cookies, advertising identifiers or analytics tools.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information at any time by emailing hello@ttoittoi.com. We will respond within 10 days.

12. Changes to this policy
